When will I receive my order? 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship within 7-14 business days of when order was placed. Personalized items take an additional 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner or by a certain date please specify at checkout. 

We use both USPS and UPS for shipping. If you are unable to receive USPS or UPS packages or would prefer to us FedEx, please email hello@goldenmuttjack.com. Please note: additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns/Exchange Policy:  We proudly stand behind all of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to exchange it for another item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We only accept returns on items that are original, unused condition.

We proudly handcraft all of our products in the USA; we are located in the heart of Oklahoma City.
